gochujang pork chops with low carb sides




2 -4  pork chops  

marinade  

1 granny smith apple cord and large dice

1 small onion 

4 cloves garlic (no need to peel) 

1 TB ginger around 1" 

2 TB soy sauce 

1 TB gochujang

1 TB rice vinegar 

1 TB honey or your choice sweetener 

 make 

place all the marinade ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. 

place the pork chops into the marinade for minimum of 2 hours or over night.

once the desired time for marination is complete time to grill the pork chops util done.

or 

airfryer time is 375ºF for 8-10 minutes 

pan sear in a hot pan (i would use cast iron) and sear each side 3-4 minutes. 


serve with sesame seed and green onions.

steamed broccoli with sesame seed oil and salt 

sweet potato roasted (i put nothing but salt) 


romaine salad

Romaine, 

thin-sliced cucumbers

Pear or apple, thin slices
Scallions or green onions 
Toasted almonds or cashews

Dressing: orange or lime juice + olive oil + a touch toasted sesame oil + honey + salt
