gluten free ricotta gnocchi trials

 gluten free gnocchi

WET

 8oz container ricotta 

2/3 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese 

3 eggs 

DRY

1 c Brown rice flour 

1/2 c potato starch

1/3 c Tapioca flour 

1/4 tsp xanthan  gum

1/4 tsp Salt 


After rolling and cutting, bring to a boil in salted water and the gnocchi come to the top - pull one to taste test .

 Drain and serve with sauce of your chioice

- butter/ blue cheese

-butter/ sage

- olive oil/ basil/ tomato
