BARS: 325ºF 8x8 pan with parchment
2 large bananas - or 3/4 can pumpkin
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup allulose or 1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg - can exchange for flax egg or 1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup shred coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
make
in a bowl mash the bananas.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix till just combined.
Pour into the prepared 8x8 pan and smooth out the top and add some more chips and coconut shreds.
Bake 325ºF 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
cool completely before cutting into.
