1 LB tofu frim pressed and broken apart in large chunks
1/2 head napa cabbage
1/2 cup julienne carrots
1 small zucchini
1/4 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 TB ginger
1/2 jalapeno
sauce
1/4 soy sauce
1 TB honey
green onions
3 TB corn starch - try 2 next time
1/4 cup water
Sriracha
Hoisin sauce
Sprinkle of salt
AIR FRY TOFU
1 lb tofu pressed and torn.
1/4 cup soy/ tamari
1 tsp agave
Squirt Sriracha
Sprinkle salt
