chocolate cookies GF

DRY

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 cup cocoa powder 

1 3/4 cup almond flour 

WET

1/2 cup oil 

3/4 cup sugar (1 cup allulose)

1 egg or flax egg (1 TB flax meal 2 1/2 TB water) 

1 TB vanilla 

11/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped bar

1/2 cup waltnuts toasted 

flaky salt for top 

MAKE

WET

beat oil and sugar until smooth. 

add the flax egg and vanilla mix until smooth. 

DRY

Sfit the dry together - cocoa, almond flour, salt, baking powder. 

Add to the WET ingredients until combine. 

Fold in the chocolate and nuts.

Cover the bowl and place into a refrigerator for 1 hour minimum. 

Can leave in the fridge for up to 48 hours before baking. 

Scoop the dough with a cookie scoop and place onto a prepared cookie sheet lined with parchment.  

push the dough flat and sprinkle with flaky salt. 

Bake in 350ºF in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes or just "set" around the edges.
