oatmeal raisin cookies gluten free




 oatmeal raisin cookies gluten free: 350ºF 

DRY

3/4 cup GF flour 

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp baking powder

WET

1 egg

 1 tsp vanilla 

7 TB butter soften room temp 

1/2 cup sugar (allulose 3/4 cup)

last to go in: 

1 1/2 cup rolled oats 

1/2 cup raisins - more if you'd like 

OPTION AD INS: 

butterscotch chips 

chocolate chips 

other dried fruit 


In a mixer or by hand, cream the sugar and butter together. 

add the egg into the mixer with creamed ingredients. 

next, add in the vanilla.


In a separate bowl sift the dry ingredients together (no oats yet). 

Slowly add the dry to the wet and fold with a spatula. 

Now it's time to add in the oats and raisins or any other ingredient you'd like. 

Space at least 2" apart then bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes.
