hot honey whipped goat cheese with pistachios

8 oz goat cheese (soft chèvre)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2–3 tbsp honey (honey with red pepper flakes) 
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for more heat)
1–2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pistachios, toasted and chopped
1–2 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 tsp Olive oil 

Whip the base
In a food processor or bowl with a hand mixer, whip together:

goat cheese
Greek yogurt
hot honey
lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil 
pinch of salt
Whip until smooth, fluffy, and pale.

Then fold in the sliced green onions and chopped pistachios
