Chinese meatball cabbage soup

500g ground meat

60 g carrots small dice 

4 cloves garlic minced 

40 g ginger minced 

3 spring onion diced just whites 

1 TB chicken bouillon 

1 1/2 TB corn starch 

1 TB light soy sauce 

1 TB oyster sauce 

1 TB shoaxing wine 

1 TB sesame oil 

1 egg 

SOUP BASE 

1.5 liter water 

2 TB Chicken bouillon 

2TB soy sauce 

1/2 tsp salt

1 TB sesame oil 

Add ins 

600 g Napa cabbage 

Dikon radish 

Butternut or other gourde
