DRY
1 1/4 cup GF flour
1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup sugar (using allulose)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut flakes
WET
3/4 cup butter melted
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup strawberry jam (using smuckers all natural)
MAKE
mix the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
add the melted cooled butter and vanilla and stir the mixture to a crumble.
save 1 cup of the crumble and add the 1/2 cup of coconut flake mix to combine - for the end to top the jam.
press the crumble into a 13"x 9" pan that has been lined with parchment.
dollop the jam on top of the of the pressed crumble crust and lightly spread (add in can happen now) then top with the remaining crumble/coconut crumble
place into a preheated oven 350ºF and bake 25-30 minutes.
