3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup butter, melted & slightly cooled
2 TB lemon zest
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dry
1 1/2 cups GF flour
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup tapioca flour
3/4 tsp xanthan gum
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp kosher salt
Add-ins
1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
