flax egg:

1/3 cup yogurt (diary free or cow)
1/3 cup oil neutral (avocado)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
dry:
1 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour blend (with xanthan gum)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 TB baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp salt
spice swirl:
1 TB cinnamon
2 tsp cardamom
1/2 cup sugar (brown or alt using allulose)
options:
raisins
chopped nuts: pecan, almond, walnut
WET:
1. mix the flax seeds with water and let stand.
2. mix the alt milk with the vinegar and let stand 5 minutes.
