 Grilled pork thin sliced - marinade 2-12 hours 

12 oz (340 g) pork shoulder or pork butt, sliced very thin (⅛ in / 3 mm)
Marinade
1½ TB Fish sauce
1½ TB sugar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 TB Honey
1 TB Lemongrass, very finely minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Shallot, minced
1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Add the thin pork slices and massage well so every piece is coated.
Marinate at least 30 minutes, ideally 2–12 hours in the fridge.



Vietnamese Garlic Cabbage Stir Fry (Bắp Cải Xào)

Napa Cabbage stir fry

6-7 leaves napa cabbage /4 cups Green cabbage, thinly sliced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1–2 tsp Fish sauce
½ tsp sugar
1–2 tbsp water or broth
handful of Green onions at the end

Heat the pan

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add garlic and stir quickly for 10–15 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it brown too much).
Add cabbage
Toss in the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Season
Add fish sauce, sugar, and 1–2 tbsp water.
Continue stir-frying 2–3 minutes until the cabbage is just tender but still slightly crisp.
Add green onions if using and toss once more.


air fried green beans 

12 oz Green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1½ tsp Fish sauce
½ tsp sugar

1 sliced Green onions & lime juice 

MAKE

Preheat air fryer

Set to 380°F

Season the beans
Toss green beans with oil, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

Air fry
Spread in a single layer and cook 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until:

blistered
slightly browned
tender-crisp

when removed from heat: 
Toss with green onions and a squeeze of lime if using.
