Gf vegan muffin base trails

 Ingredients

Flax eggs: 
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
  • 6 tablespoons water 
Wet ingredients: 
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil (or other neutral-tasting oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, sugar, allulose, etc)
Dry ingredients: 

  • 1/2 heaped cup oat flour 
  • 1/2 heaping cup almond flour
  • 1 cup (140 g) gluten-free flour blend or regular flour (see notes)
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
