Ingredients
Flax eggs:
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
- 6 tablespoons water
Wet ingredients:
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup avocado oil (or other neutral-tasting oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 to 1 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, sugar, allulose, etc)
Dry ingredients:
1/2 heaped cup oat flour- 1/2 heaping cup almond flour
- 1 cup (140 g) gluten-free flour blend or regular flour (see notes)
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
