2 TB ground flaxseed meal6 TB water
Wet ingredients:
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup avocado oil (or other neutral-tasting oil)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, sugar, allulose, etc)
Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup (140 g) gluten-free flour blend or regular flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
