2 zucchini thinly sliced
1 small potato thinly sliced
1/2 onion diced
1 sprig fresh thyme or equ in dried
1/2 tsp each onion & garlic powder,
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup water or milk
light cheese - shred ched inside, provolone on top as little or as much depending on diet/life style
